This series of compression testing machine is widely used for compression strength determination of cement, concrete and rock. Equipped with optional fixtures and measurement devices, it can be used for concrete splitting tensile test and flexure test.

Hybrid power system
· New design of hydraulic power system uses servo motor to control pump rotation speed and oil flow rate, therefore to control piston speed and loading speed.
· This design decreases using of hydraulic valve and other units, allowing easy maintenance.
· If not test, system pressure will become zero, without any nose. During working, noise is less than 50dB.
· No extra heat radiation system is needed as very low heat during working.
Full-closed dual sphere compression platen
· Dual sphere surface design ensures no clearance in contact. It greatly improves flexible movement of upper platen. Upper platen applies force onto specimen with high uniformity.
· Groove in sphere surface is lubricated with oil, more flexible movement of platen.
· Outside is sealed with collar to prevent dust, improving service life.
· Built-in load cell is assembled inside the piston for direct measurement with high accuracy
· High precise load cell measures and captures sensitively tension and compression force, high accuracy load measurement resolution reaches 1/500000 with no steps.
· American brand load cell ensures high precision and repeatability.
Controller – DTC-500
This controller offers high speed and closed loop control of load, displacement and extension.
· Up to 1000Hz sampling frequency and up to 1000Hz closed loop control frequency
· 1/500000 resolution
· Load protection, over-current protection, over-voltage protection, over-speed protect, and over-travel protection.
