On November 23, 2023, China Machinery Industry Federation held a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting on "servo-hydraulic fatigue testing machine" developed by Shenzhen WANCE Testing Machine Co., LTD., in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Evaluation of 25kN, 50kN, 100kN, 250kN, 500kN series servo-hydraulic fatigue testing machine developed by WANCE was completed. The appraisal committee is composed of 11 well-known experts in aviation, aerospace, universities, scientific research, testing and other industries. Professor Tong Xiaoyan, executive director of Northwestern Polytechnical University and China Fatigue Association, was invited to serve as director of the appraisal committee, and Dong Li, Secretary-General of the sub-technical Committee of the National Steel Standards Committee, was invited to serve as deputy director of the appraisal committee.

The experts of the appraisal committee carefully listened to the technical summary report of the results made by the project leader, the new report, the test report, the user's opinions, etc. read out by Ma Jingkun, the director of the China Machinery Industry Federation, the site inspection of the new series of equipment, after questioning and discussion, the results were fully affirmed, and it was agreed that the comprehensive performance of the series of products is equivalent to similar foreign advanced products. And integrate many advantages of similar foreign products. Among them, the integrated design of workbench and actuator, servo actuator, high temperature furnace, silent oil source, test protection function, test software and other technologies have reached the international leading level. The appraisal committee unanimously approved the appraisal.

Servo-hydraulic fatigue testing machine is mainly used to test the static and dynamic mechanical properties of metal and non-metal materials. Through tensile, compression, bending, tensile, compressive and tensile loading methods, high cycle fatigue, low cycle fatigue, crack growth, fracture toughness and other failure tests, to achieve sine wave, triangular wave, square wave and other waveform output. The beam of the equipment is placed on the top, the actuator is placed under the closed frame structure, the frame stiffness is large, there is no reverse clearance, and the stability is good. The actuator adopts bidirectional acting cylinder design, and the space design is reasonable. Moving beam lifting, locking, sample clamping are operated by the knob, flexible and convenient.
