This Gauge Length Marking Machine is mainly used for the gauge length marking for metal bar, rebar, and wire rod. After the break of samples, the deformation of the samples can be measured by some meters based the original gauge length marks so that it can be easy to determine the elongation after break.

Functions: 

l  The needle used for marking is made of tungsten steel with hardness of HRC60-65, featuring long service life of 150,000 times marking work under the condition of one needle without polishing or replacing. The marking needle is combined with pneumatic parts as a whole, easy to replace.

l  The needle is pneumatically driven, more reliable. For samples with different hardness, the marking force can be adjusted by regulating the air pressure.

l  Lead screw driven by servo motor ensures more accurate marking spacing. Spacing can be easily switched between 5mm and 10mm, no need to adjust sample position manually, with higher accuracy and more efficiency.

l  Working head is driven by pneumatic cylinder, guarantee samples firmly positioned.

l  Press block can be adjusted manually to satisfy different length samples.

l  The sample fixture can move forward and backward to satisfy round and flat samples.
