On November 17, 2011, the 2011 National Steel Standardization Technical Committee Annual Conference was held in Enshi, Hubei Province. At the conference, three standards were approved, namely "Test Method for Metal Indentation Hardness Using Portable Hardness Tester", "Test Method for Resistance of Deep Reinforcing Ribs in Metal Sheet Strips" and "Test Method for Friction Coefficient of Metal Sheet Strips".
The meeting heard a report from Deputy Chairperson Gao Yifei and others on their participation in the 2011 International Standardization Work Conference of ISO/TC164 Technical Committee on Metal Mechanics Testing.
Finally, the meeting enthusiastically approved the "2011 Work Summary of the Metal Mechanics and Process Test Methods Sub-Technical Committee of the National Steel Standardization Technical Committee" presented by the chairperson Zhou Xing.
As a member unit of the Metal Mechanics and Process Test Methods Sub-Technical Committee of the National Steel Standardization Technical Committee, Wance participated in this meeting and actively spoke up during the review of the three standards, putting forward constructive suggestions.
