From December 17th to 18th, 2025, the 2025 Annual Conference of the Composite Materials Industry and the Association's Re-election Conference, hosted by the China Composite Materials Industry Association, was successfully held in Huai 'an, Jiangsu Province. The new electronic universal testing machine on display this time adopts a single-column structure design, which combines compactness and high rigidity. It is equipped with a high-efficiency and high-rigidity transmission system. The load accuracy reaches 0.5 grade, the minimum test speed can be precisely controlled at 0.00005mm/min, and the maximum return speed can reach 3000mm/min, significantly improving the testing efficiency. It is equipped with a standard high-definition all-in-one touch computer, which is built with the professional-level intelligent testing machine software independently developed by Wance. The control panel is highly integrated with the testing system, enhancing work efficiency and operational experience. When paired with a dual-video extensometer, during the test, the crack lengths on both sides of the sample can be identified and measured in real time respectively, and the data can be synchronously transmitted to the test software. After the experiment is completed, the software can automatically select feature points such as NL and VIS and calculate parameter values such as GIC. It has the advantages of automatic determination, convenient operation and accurate data.
