In March 2026, marking the important milestone of Wance's 15th anniversary, the company thoughtfully organized a dual-city team-building trip to honor the journey of shared hard work, enrich employees' cultural lives, and strengthen team cohesion. Employees from the company's Shenzhen and Wuhan bases embarked on trips to two distinctive destinations—the Binhai coastal area of Yangjiang, Guangdong, and the cultural retreat of Lushan Mountain in Jiangxi. This anniversary journey, spanning mountains and seas with united hearts, was designed to nurture the company's original aspirations through the beauty of nature and build the future together through the warmth of teamwork.

Fifteen years of weathering challenges together—from its initial aspirations to steady growth, Wance has always remained dedicated to its field through professional persistence and has built its brand with craftsmanship. Every solid step forward has been inseparable from the collective hard work and unwavering commitment of all employees. This simultaneous dual-city team-building event was not only a gesture of gratitude for the employees' dedication but also a vivid practice of corporate culture building and team cohesion enhancement. From March 27 to 29, all employees of Wance's Shenzhen R&D and manufacturing base traveled to Jiangmen and Yangjiang for a coastal leisure trip, releasing energy and building team spirit amid the blue sea and sky. The itinerary included crossing the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link—a world-class cross-sea cluster project featuring bridges, islands, tunnels, and underwater interchanges—offering a taste of the grandeur of China's mega-engineering. They visited the Tangkouxu Granary, appreciating the cultural depth within revitalized old buildings, strolled through the ancient town of Chikan, explored the century-old arcade architecture, and enjoyed special performances such as Modern Times and The Red Wedding, immersing themselves in the historical and cultural charm of the overseas Chinese homeland.

Throughout the journey, everyone experienced the breathtaking beauty of Lushan, encountered historical landmarks along the way, and visited remarkable natural wonders. During the mountain climb, team members supported and encouraged one another, strengthening both their resilience and mutual trust. The spirit of "climbing high and looking far, bravely conquering new heights" became deeply intertwined with their confidence in the company's future development.

In this dual-city team-building event in Shenzhen and Wuhan, although the employees were in different locations with different scenery, they all shared the same warmth and heartfelt emotions.
